Marketing Representative

The Marketing Representative is the key point of contact between referring offices and Seattle Radiologists. The Marketing Representative is responsible for making referring offices aware of new and existing services, resolving issues as they arise, and assisting with overall marketing goals and projects.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Coordinate between referring offices and Seattle Radiologists both in-person and via phone and email.
• Grow the referring business by introducing Seattle Radiologists to new clinics and increasing referrals from existing clinics
• Work with technologists, physicians and other personnel to ensure Seattle Radiologists continues to provide the best overall experience in the industry
• Support various events, such as tradeshows, office luncheons and tours to help deliver the message of Seattle Radiologists’ superior service offering
• Develop and execute strategic marketing activities to support goals
• Occasional travel and weekend and evening availability required

Skill requirements

• Excellent written and verbal language skills required
• Strong familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM software such as Act is a plus
• Health care experience is a huge plus, but not required
• Sales experience is a big plus

Education requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

PBX/Switchboard Operator

The PBX/Switchboard Operator job duties will include answering telephones on a 5-Line PBX switchboard to connect interoffice calls and route outside calls. Experience handling a broad range of calls to internal staff, physicians, and patients utilizing a multi-line phone system, voicemail, pagers as well as the telephone accessed pager system is required. Must be able to communicate clearly and have a professional and calm phone demeanor. Other duties may be assigned. At least 2-3 years experience handling a multi-line phone system is desired.
